Christine Wilder Corbett

Mrs. Christine Wilder Corbett, 85 of Quincy, FL, wife of the late Jeff Corbett, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 27th, 2026, at the home of her daughter, Melanie Atteberry, where she was lovingly cared for the last year.

She was born in Elbert County, GA on August 17th, 1940, daughter of the late James Floyd Wilder and Mozelle Brady Wilder. She was the sister of the late Kenneth Douglas Wilder and late George Ernest "Buck" Wilder.

In her lifetime, she was the owner of many businesses and retired from Kaiser Permanente Facilities. She enjoyed playing the piano for many churches and singing in the choir. Most of all, she was a loving and caring mother to her three children, and a loving and caring Mimi to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Christine is survived by her daughter, Melanie Atteberry of Quincy, FL; sons: Nolan Rampey Jr. of Meansville, GA and Michael Rampey (Connie) of Jefferson, GA; grandchildren: Salem Fitzpatrick, Brady Fitzpatrick (Kristen), Melissa Southwick (Michael), and Tyler Rampey (Colbie); five great-grandchildren and one on the way.

A family graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 12th at 2pm at Elmhurst Cemetery in Elberton, GA. Rev. Tim Adams will be officiating.
