Mrs. Cindy Lowney Broadwell, 57, of Ila Road, Carnesville, GA widow of the late Gene Broadwell passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015. Mrs. Broadwell was born August 19, 1957 in Flemington, NJ to the late Daniel Lowney and Jean Hogmark Lowney. Left to cherish her memories are sisters Wendy Arace of Londonderry, VT and Carolyn Osburn of Yuma, AZ. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Michael Lowney.
