Corry Jerrall Willis

Mr. Corry Jerrall Willis, 38, of 238 South Oliver Street, Elberton, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Corry was born in Augusta on June 23, 1983, son of the late Jo Ann Willis and Allen "Mickey" Davis. He was educated in Elbert County Schools, having graduated with the class of 2002. He previously worked at Wendy’s in Athens, as a car detailer along side his grandfather, and in farming. Corry was a member of Carlton Grove Baptist Church and an avid fisherman.

Survivors include his son: Darius Knight of Pennsylvania; special niece, K’osha Gilliard of Elberton; siblings: Tyrone Willis of Elberton, Latishia Stevens of Smyrna, Reginald Fortson of Lithonia and Altrece Davis of Atlanta; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and best friend and companion, Cynthia Brown of Elberton.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Cameron Willis; and sister, Courtnei Willis.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, March 27, at 2 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence, 238 South Oliver Street, Elberton.
