Delia Bell Cochran

Mrs. Delia B. Cochran February 26, 1939-September 13, 2026. Delia went to be with the Lord in the early morning hours of September 13, 2026. 

She was born to Leonard and Lillie Mae Ledford in Atlanta, Georgia. In June of 1955 she married Harold F. Cochran of Alpharetta and the raised 2 children in the Bowman, Georgia area. During the last couple of years Delia has resided with her son and his wife in Eatonton Ga.

Delia is survived by her two children Sherry Cochran (Paul) of West Palm Beach, Fl.; Bruce Cochran (Tammy) of Eatonton Ga; three grandchildren; Lili Eaves (Kevin) of Elberton, Ga; Drew Cochran (Lauren) of Athens, Ga; Taylor English of Athens, GA two great grandchildren; Alyssa Wilson (Slim) of San Antonio, Tx; Stella Jefferson of Elberton, GA and 1 great great-grandson Azzy Lopez of San Antonio, TX. Along with 1 sister in law Delene McCrary (Ron) of Port St. Lucie, FL.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Harold F. Cochran and all 8 of her siblings as well as their spouses.

Funeral services will be held 11AM, Wednesday, September 16, 2026 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Adams officiating. Entombment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10AM to 11AM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
