Evelyn Mildred Ellis

Mrs. Evelyn Mildred Juanita Cardin Ellis, 56, of Rock Forge Rd., Jefferson, GA passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Piedmont Athens Hospital.

Mrs. Ellis was born August 27, 1961 in Fort Oglethorpe, GA to Harold Lee Cardin and Evelyn Willine Partan Cardin. She was a homemaker and a member of Weslyn Church.

She is survived by her husband: William Ellis.

Mrs. Ellis was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
