Faith Marlene Skinner, 68, of Shadow Mountain Drive, Hiawassee, GA passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Landmark Hospital in Athens, GA. Mrs. Skinner was born September 12, 1945 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada to Allister Skinner and Margaret Tobin Skinner. She was of the Catholic Faith and a retired Clerical worker.
