Frank Wesley Norris

Survivors include his wife Cindy Scarborough Norris, daughter and son-in-law Hope and Daniel Carey, sons and daughter-in-law Joey and Jessica Norris, and Mackey Norris, his mother Helen Norris Darby, grandson Dakota Carey, granddaughter Tybie Norris, sisters and brother-in-laws Lisa and Buddy Giles, and Brenda and Carroll Ashley, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday March 13, at 3PM at Elberton Christian Church. The family will receive friends from 1-3PM just prior to the service at Elberton Christian Church.
