Fred Kerry Maxwell

Mr. Fred Kerry Maxwell, 60, of Brewers Mill Rd., Elberton, GA passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Maxwell was born May 16, 1966 in Elberton, GA to Fred Maxwell, Jr. and Linda Faye Burney Maxwell. He was a truckdriver.

He is survived by his children: Fred Justin Kerry Maxwell, Jasmine Maxwell, Cody Maxwell, Cory Maxwell and Tyler Erwin; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Fred Maxwell, Jr. and Linda Faye Burney Maxwell and a sister: Angela Faye Maxwell.

To honor Mr. Maxwell's wishes no formal services are planned at this time.
