Harold R. Carter
Mr. Harold R. Carter, 84, of Hartwell Highway, Elberton, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020, at his residence.
At his request, Mr. Carter's body was donated to the Medical College of Georgia for scientific research. No formal services will be held.
