He was a son of the late W.K. Coggins, Sr. and Lady Madge Chambers Coggins. Survivors include sisters Carol Webb, and Linda Allen, and a brother Martin Coggins. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday September 28, at 10:30AM at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
