Mr. James 'Wendell' Rousey, 76, of Delhi Road, Tignall, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at his son's residence.
Funeral plans are incomplete at this time and will be announced on Monday. The family is at the residence of Brian and Danielle Rousey, 154 Smokey Hollow Road, Carlton.
