James Edwin "Ed" Seigler

James Edwin "Ed" Seigler, age 85, passed away peacefully at his home on February 9, 2026.

A native of Madison County, GA. James was the son of the late Obie Augustus Seigler, Sr. and Fannie Mae Robinson Seigler. Ed was a retired Stone Cutter from the granite industry.

Ed was preceded in death by his wife Sarah Mae “Goose” Smith Seigler and siblings Frances Seigler, Obie A. Seigler, Jr., Glen Seigler, and Jimmy Seigler.

Survivors include his children; Jane (George) Brooks, Misty Cook (Brett Shinall); sister; Virginia McIntosh; sister in law; Elizabeth Seigler; grandchildren; Andrew Bailey (Lydia Delph), Marty (Ashley) Bailey, Kyle (Lindsey) Bailey, Dylan (Dan) Brooks, Matthew (Amanda Cate) Brooks; great grandchildren; Noah Bailey, Buck Bailey, Moli Bailey, Margaret Bailey; several nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time.
