James Troy Wood

Mr. James Troy Wood, 84, of Adams Clark Rd. Commerce, GA passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mr. Wood was born January 21, 1937 in Jackson County, GA to Curtis Wood and Doris Grace Dailey Wood. He was a retired foreman in the construction industry.

He is survived by his wife: Opal Lee Oglesby Wood and siblings: Tommy O'Niel Wood of Elberton, GA, Paul Wood of Ila, GA, Lillie Gail Wood of Crawford, GA and Charlotte Ann Jackson of Madison.

Mr. Wood was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
