Mr. Pickett was born in Fernandina Beach, Fl on February 12, 1961 to James Vernon Pickett and Mary Anne Gossett Pickett. He was a cook for St. Mary's Hospital and was veteran.

He is survived by his wife: Cynthia Boatwright Pickett of Athens, GA.

Mr. Pickett was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
