Jeffrey Stewart Burris

Mr. Jeffrey Stewart Burris, 54, of Elberton, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2026, at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Jeff was born in Grand Saline, TX on October 21, 1971, son of the late Ernest Delbert Burris and Betty Jean Fitzgerald. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed racing.

Surviving are two sons: Zachary Allen Burris of Tulsa, OK and Christopher Dale Burris of Coweta, OK; brother, Brian Burris of Jefferson, GA; two grandchildren; and one niece.
