John Shand Ivey

Mr. John Shand Ivey, 72, of Pine Lane Washington, GA passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

Mr. Ivey was born November 29, 1952 in Marietta, GA to John Hugh Ivey and Mary Elizabeth Morris Ivey. He was a retired insurance salesman from American General and a member of Washington First Methodist.

He is survived by a sister: Sara Elizabeth "Sally" Hopkins; niece: Emily Appling and nephew: Kristopher Appling.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law: Lance Hopkins.
