Johnnie David Sutherland

Mr. Johnnie David Sutherland, 83, of Washington Highway Elberton, GA passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Mr. Sutherland was born November 10, 1942 in Pendleton, OR to Russell Mahlon Sutherland and Margaret Evelyn Houston Sutherland. He was a retired University Librarian.

He is survived by his sister Julianne Sutherland of Corvallis, OR and step-children: Keena Lee, Daniel Lee, and Beau Lee and a number of step-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sherry Elaine Hale Sutherland.
