Kathryn Clark

Virginia Kathryn Clark of E. Church Street, Elberton, passed away at Nancy Hart Nursing Center on Sunday, November 13, 2016, at the age of 89.

A native of Athens, she was the daughter of the late James Delbert Swords and the late Bertha Watkins Swords. She was a retired customer service representative having worked at AT&T and a member of First Baptist Church, Elberton.

Surviving are her children, Judy Waters Macurda, Sharon Rose, and John Self; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Cryptside services will be held in Charlotte, NC at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.
