Linda Harrison Sims

Ms. Linda Faye Harrison Sims, 74, of Royston, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia. A native of Steele, Missouri, Linda was the daughter of the late Raymond and Eunice Jumper Harrison.Although she worked several jobs during her lifetime, she was first and foremost a homemaker.She attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman. Survivors include daughter, Mistie Thrift, Royston; son and daughter-in-law, Charles Martin ”Marty” and Tyne Smith, Gainesville; grandchildren, Lauren Gunby, Holly Gunby, Kent Bennett, Cassandra Kemp, Blake Smith, Tim Bostick, Caitlyn Eggersdorf, Courtney Jensen, Chris Eggersdorf; great grandchildren, Kelsea Johnson, Evan Taylor, Paislee Gunby, Mackenzie Wilson, Timothy Kemp, Ember Bostick, Colton Bostick and Ayden Eggersdorf; she also leaves to cherish her memory, three sisters and two brothers, Sheila Williams, Angie Cain, Sandy Morphew, Rickey Harrison and Danny Harrison. The family will hold Memorial Services at a later date. Arrangements for Ms. Linda Harrison Sims are in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
