Mrs. Lois Jean Dyer 79 of Lexington, GA, wife of Charles "CJ" Dyer passed away on Thursday May 15, 2025 at her residence.

Born in New Brunswick, NJ on May 30, 1945 to the late Joseph G. Osworth and Virginia P. Osworth. Lois was a graduate of New Brunswick High School class of 1963. Mrs. Dyer made a career in banking and payroll secretary both in New Jersey and Florida and worked at that position for 21 years at Fellsmere Farms in Fellsmere, FL, as well as co-owner in Dyer's Auto Body and Wrecker Service in Sebastian, FL where she was a resident for 29 years before moving to GA in 2005. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority in Sebastian, FL as well as past Secretary and Treasurer of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post 2872 in Athens, GA. 

Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter Cynthia Russell and husband Ronald Russell of Lexington, GA, grand-daughter Danielle Brown and husband Colton Brown and great-grandson Weston Brown also of Lexington, GA as well as siblings Pamela Price of Jacksonville, FL and Peggy Cody of Piscataway, NJ. 

She is preceded in death by her sister Joann Fidacaro of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 

At the family's request, no celebration of life is planed at this time.
