Mr. Loyd Kenneth “Kenny” Dalton, 49, of Hartwell Speedway Road, Hartwell, passed away tragically in Comer on Friday, April 23, 2021, as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Kenny was born in Commerce on July 13, 1971, son of Loyd Donald “Dump” Dalton and Freta Sue Wilbanks Dalton. He was a self-employed mechanic.

Survivors, in addition to his parents of Hartwell, include his children and their spouses: Kenneth Dwayne and Cheyenne Dalton of Elberton, Carley Nicole and Randy McLaughlin of Elberton, Kimberly Hope and Chris Drane of Dewy Rose, and Levi Thomas Murray of Comer; adopted son, Seth Brown of Elberton; sister, Linda Marie Dalton of Hartwell; sixteen grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, April 28, at 3 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
