Lucky Joe Dean

Mr. Lucky Joe Dean, 64 of Washington Highway, Elberton, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at his residence. 

Lucky was born in Elberton on May 2, 1960. He was a supervisor having worked at Keystone Granite Memorials. He loved music and was a workaholic. He is preceded in death by his wives: Lori Adams Dean and Donna Biering Dean. 

Survivors include two sons: William Dean of Elberton and Bobby Dean of California.
