Lula Mae Champion

Mrs. Lula Mae Perry Champion, 85, of Fairview Ave., Hartwell, GA passed away Friday, December 1, 2017.

Mrs. Champion was born February 22, 1932 in Louisburg, NC to Henry K. Perry and Louella Pergerson Perry. She was a retired Kmart store manager.

She is survived by her sons: Kevin R. Champion of Lavonia, GA, Barry and Karen Goodyear of Lavonia, GA, Randy Goodyear of Newport News, VA; grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Courtney Jackson, Nicole Goodyear, Bailey Goodyear, Jakob Pappas, Noah Pappas and Benjamin Pappas.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: Clyde T. Champion and all of her siblings.

Memorial services will be held 3PM, Saturday, December 9 at the Lavonia Kingdom Hall.
