Mary Jo Threlkeld Simmons, age 93, passed away on July 19, 2026.
Mary was the daughter of the late Omer and Annie bell Scoggins Threlkeld. Mary was retired from General Times and was a member of Carlton Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son; Tommy (Carole) Simmons; grandson; Jamie Simmons; great grandson; James Simmons.
Mary was preceded in death by a brother James Threlkeld.
Graveside services will be held July 22, 2026 at 11:00am at Fork Cemetery in Carlton, GA with Rev. Mike Sarna officiating.
Berry Funeral Home & Crematory, Elberton, has charge of arrangements.
