Mitchell Keith Nelms

Mr. Mitchell Keith Nelms, age 61, of Killeen, Texas, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at his residence.

A native of Elberton, Mitch was born on April 7, 1961, son of the late Alex Gaines Nelms, Jr. and Patsy Jean Sanders Nelms. He served his country faithfully in the United States Army.

Mitch will be laid to rest at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas. A memorial service is being planned for Elberton, and those details will be announced later.
