Peggy Ann Borders Warren

Peggy Ann Borders Warren, 75, of Elberton, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Nancy Hart Nursing Center.

Mrs. Warren was born July 22, 1948 in Elberton, GA to William Haley Borders and Ethel Elizabeth Smith Borders. She was a retired LPN.

She is survived by her son: Jeff Wilhite of Elberton and a sister: Jane Dutton of Elberton.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death her daughter: Jennifer Lynn Wilhite and brothers: Billy Borders and Charles Borders.

A private memorial service to celebrate her life will held.
