Mr. Price was born January 5, 1941 in Melbourne, FL. to Eddie Lee Price and Johnnie Mae Barber Price. He was a retired transit bus driver.

He is survived by his wife: Florence Iris Reid Price; children: Barry Price, Lisa R. Price, Zane R. Price; sister: Sandra J. Hunter and grandchildren: Sasha A. Price, Isaiah N. Edwards, Asante K. Price, Mekhi J. Price and Alayla M. Price.

Memorial services are being planned to be held Florida.
