Rosalie Kelly

Mrs. Rosalie Kelly, of Elberton, wife of the late Curtis Darby Kelly, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 11, 2025, at PruittHealth at Spring Valley, one day after her 76th birthday.

She will be remembered as a kind, compassionate, and most giving lady. When she loved, she loved with her whole heart. Her greatest joy in life was being Mama to her two girls and Nana to her grandchildren. Her favorite things were family gatherings and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Kansas City Chiefs.

She leaves behind her cherished daughters: Fern (Curtis) Bruce of Bowman and Tami (Bruce) Corbin of Baldwin; grandchildren who were the lights of her life: Baylee Bruce, Matthew Corbin, and Megan Kinley; and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Frances Dye Jenkins; husband, Curtis Darby Kelly; infant daughter, Ashley Rudd; infant grandson, Jackson Rudd Bruce; and the father of her children and dear friend, Bill Rudd.

At the family’s request, no services are planned.Donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or to the Children’s Miracle Network.
