Stacey Jordan-Rudeseal, age 49, of Jackson, GA passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022. He was born in Athens, GA to Ruben Jordan and Gail Dickerson Jordan.

Stacey graduated from Elbert High School in 1991 and went on to receive a degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia, Terry College of Business in 1996 and a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, College of Architecture in 2004.

Stacey started his career at Terracon (Engineering Service) as an Engineering Technician then on to Sun Trust Bank as a Financial Service Representative. He has been employed with the Henry County Planning and Zoning with a calling for City and Regional planning since 2004. He currently held the position of Assistant Director of Henry County Planning and Zoning. He was a member of Georgia Association of Zoning Administrators (GAZA), a Certified City Planner in the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and had training in the Regional Leadership Institute (RLI).

Stacey is survived by his beloved spouse, Preston Jordan-Rudeseal of Jackson GA; parents, Reuben and Gail Jordan of Canon, GA; grandmother, Earnestine Dickerson of Elberton GA; brother Wesley (Caitlin) Jordan; nephews, Benjamin and Luke Jordan, as well as a host of friends.

Stacey will be laid to rest at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Honey Creek Woodlands in Conyers, GA.
