Vanessa Gail Kidd

Vanessa Gail Bryson Kidd, 53, of 315 College Avenue, Elberton, wife of William Roy "Bill" Kidd, died Thursday, July 23, 2009. Born in Ashville, NC; she was a doughter of Glenn Roy and Georgia King Bryson. She was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church and a homemaker. Survivors include husband, Bill Kidd; parents, Glenn & Georgia Bryson; daughters, Paula Ritch of Pelham and Julie Kidd of Elberton; sons, Franky Kidd of Elberton and Billy Joe Rutledge; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday (July 29) at the Deep Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Adams officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Roy Kidd, 1420 Willow Oak Place and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home, Tuesday, from 6-8 PM.
