Yahya Khair

Yahya Khair, 91, of 250 West Doughtery Street Athens, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2013 at University Nursing Home & Rehab Center in Athens, Georgia. Born in Radford, Virginia November 28, 1921 to the late James Floyd Spinner and Laconia Flipping Spinner. He was a retired steel worker in the construction industry and a U.S. Navy veteran. Left to cherish his memories are a daughter Brenda Burton of Aiken, South Carolina; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Terrell Spinner. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
